Return Eligibility and Process

We accept returns only for items that are misprinted, damaged, or defective.

To initiate a return, customers must contact us within 14 days of receiving the item via email (address to be confirmed). Please provide photographic evidence of the misprint, damage, or defect with your initial contact.
Handling Returns

Upon receiving your email and verifying the issue, we will provide instructions on how to return the item, including the return address.

We will cover the return shipping costs for items that are confirmed as damaged, defective, or misprinted.
Resolution

Our primary approach to resolving any issues with received items is through replacement or rectification. We focus on ensuring that you receive the product in the quality and condition expected, rather than offering refunds or exchanges.
Exceptions

As our products are printed to order, all sales are considered final except in cases where the item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed.

We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or for items ordered in error.
